Welcome to Fresta Valley Athletics! Our purpose and philosophy is to bring glory to God through our attitudes and effort in athletic participation. It is our desire to establish proper priorities in life: Jesus Christ first, then family, academics, church and finally athletics. Learning teamwork helps us deal with proper relationships in the Body of Christ. Coming under the authority of coaches and officials encourages cooperation with other authorities that God has established in life.
Fresta Valley participates in the Valley Middle School Conference consisting of 10 schools surrounding the Shenandoah Valley region from Martinsburg, WV to Rappahannock County. Our JV and Varsity teams are part of the Virginia Association of Christian Athletics, made up of 24 Christian schools across the state, from Leesburg in the north to Danville in the south.
The Lord has certainly blessed the athletic program in our school. More than 75% of the 7-12 graders enrolled at Fresta Valley take advantage of the opportunities for athletic competition. Your prayers for players, coaches, bus drivers and officials are greatly encouraged and appreciated.
