2013 - 2014 Fee Schedule

 
Fresta Valley Christian School is a non-profit, tax-exempt Christian ministry.  The Board of Directors has approved the following fees with careful consideration to maintaining affordability for both our families and the ministry while providing quality Christian education for our children.  All fees are subject to change without notice.  To download a copy of the 2013-2014 tuition and fee schedule click here.

*Tuition Rates that are shown in green reflect the increase of $500 if you are not registered by June 1, 2013.
 
Preschool:  Students enrolled in the 3-day program (TWTh) deduct $500.  Students enrolled in the 2-day program (MF) deduct $1,000.

Additional Fees

Application Fee - New families only:  there is a non-refundable application fee of $50 per family and a non-refundable testing fee of $50 per child (grades 1-12).

Enrollment Fee - There is a $125 non-refundable enrollment fee for each child, with a maximum fee of $375.  For returning families this fee is due with the Application for Admission, for new families this fee is due within 10 days of notification of acceptance for admission.

Yearbook Fee - The cost of each yearbook is $50.

Sports Fee -  Fees should be paid to the athletic department prior to each season.  $125 Middle School Teams  $150 Junior Varsity/Varsity Teams

Music Fee - Orchestra is available for students in the 3rd - 12th grade.  $125  Beginner/Intermediate Orchestra  $150 Advanced Orchestra

Drama - There is a $50 fee for each cast member - per production.

Robotics - There is a $100 fee for participation in this club.

Speech/Debate - There is a $100 fee for participation in this club.


Payment Options

Payment in Full - a 5% tuition discount is given if full payment is received in our office by May 3, 2012.  This Option is not applicable for those receiving partial scholarships or other discounts.  (Full payment includes tuition, books, bus, and orchestra fees.)  Payment in Full by July 3, 2012 (no discount is given).

FACTS Payment Plan - Monthly payments must be made through the FACTS Management Company.  You may register on-line by following the e-cashier link or you can request a paper application from the school office.  On-line enrollment or the FACTS enrollment form is due in the school office by June 1, 2012.  There is a $50 annual enrollment fee for families using the monthly payment plan.
          - Ten equal monthly payments - July 2012 through April 2013
          - Twelve equal monthly payments - June 2012 through May 2013
